1- Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2- Manuscripts must be submitted only in English language.

3- Manuscripts should be written according to sound grammar and proper terminology. Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent. This is especially important if English is not your first language.

4- Manuscript submission must be applied once in order to obtain only one submission id number. More than one submission for a single manuscript can lose the chance of manuscript consideration.

5- The manuscript must be accompanied by a title page including the title and author(s) name and their affiliation.

6- All submissions will be subjected to initial and peer review by experts in the topic of the submitted paper.

7- It is necessary to mention that cesc2025 ignore a duplicated manuscript of up to 20% similarity ratio including the AI usage (similarity from one source should one exceed 5%). It is the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that the similarity index is within the 20% limit till the publication of the article. In the meantime, the AI index must be less than 20%.

8- The full article must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format (PDF format is not accepted).

9- Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically through the conference submission system: Submit paper.
