Registration fees

Registration:

Registration fee is non-refundable and it includes charges for conference participation only. Arrangements and costs of visa, travelling and accommodation are not the responsibility of the organization

The registration fees, inclusive of conference materials and including the publication fees, are:

  • Early Bird (by May 15th 2025)      350,000 IQD (For overseas participants 250 USD)
  • Standard (After May 15th 2025)   400,000 IQD (For overseas participants 275 USD)

Attendance:

Individuals, organizations, and institutes can participate in the conference for free fee.

Payment method:

  • A publication selection email will be sent to the Corresponding Author (CA) to inform them of the publication options and payment methods and details.
  • Upon response by the CA to the publication selection email, a letter of acceptance (LoA) for oral presentation in the conference sessions, publication, and receipt will be provided after payment.
