Arrangements and costs of visa, travelling and accommodation are not the responsibility of the organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registration fees, inclusive of conference materials and including the publication fees, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Early Bird (by May 15<sup>th<\/sup> 2025)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 350,000 IQD (For overseas participants 250 USD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard (After <strong>May 15<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> 2025) \u00a0\u00a0400,000 IQD (For overseas participants 275 USD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Attendance:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individuals, organizations, and institutes can participate in the conference for free&nbsp;fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Payment method:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A&nbsp;<em>publication selection email<\/em>&nbsp;will be sent to the Corresponding Author (CA) to inform them of the publication options and payment methods and details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon response by the CA to the&nbsp;<em>publication selection email<\/em>, a letter of acceptance (LoA) for oral presentation in the conference sessions, publication, and receipt will be provided after payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration: Registration fee is non-refundable and it includes charges for conference participation only.
